Join LUFA’s job action committee for a car caravan in support of saving Laurentian this Sunday, March 28 at 12 noon starting at 555 Barrydowne Rd.

This Sunday, members of the Sudbury community have organized a car caravan to come together safely and show their support for the faculty, students, and workers that make Laurentian University great.

Join fellow LUFA members at 11:45 am at 555 Barrydowne Rd where we will drive as a LUFA contingent with our signs and flags with the Save Our Sudbury Car rally. The car caravan will
conclude at the Steelworkers Hall parking lot (66 Brady St) with speeches. 

Register for the car rally here and ask your colleagues, family, and neighbours to join in as well. 

Let’s come together with our colleagues, students, and fellow community members to show the provincial government that this is not just a campus issue, but that Laurentian University is essential to the people, economy, and cultural community of Sudbury. 

This Sunday let’s show our thanks and support for this community solidarity and join in the call for public funding and a public recovery.
